When you buy anything from me, the confirmation email has your download links right in it. Search your inbox for Chef Julia and look for the message with your order number. Check your spam or promotions folder too — that is where it hides most often.

2. Or look your order up right here

Type in your order number and the email address you used. That is all — no username, no password.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Where do I find my order number?

It is at the top of your confirmation email, and it looks like #12345. You can type it with or without the # sign.
